Auckland primary school teacher dies after bowel cancer battle

Aimee-Rose Yates, a teacher at Elm Park School in East Auckland, has died. She passed away on Monday night following a battle with stage 4 metastatic bowel cancer. Yates, who was also a bowel cancer awareness advocate, was 32 years old.
