Former Dilworth teacher and sex offender dies after compassionate release

Robert Wynyard, a former Dilworth School housemaster and teacher, has died two days after being released from prison on compassionate grounds. He had served less than a third of his sentence. The Department of Corrections confirmed his death and stated that his eight registered victims have been informed.
