Dawn Meats increases investment offer for Alliance Group stake

Irish firm Dawn Meats has raised its proposed investment in Alliance Group from $250 million to $270 million. The offer is for a 65 per cent stake in the red meat processor following stronger year-end results. A shareholder vote is expected to follow the increased bid.
