Stalker receives intensive supervision after harassment charges in Dunedin

Joshua Moffatt, 44, has been sentenced to 18 months of intensive supervision for two harassment charges. The Dunedin man, who has nine protection orders against him, narrowly avoided imprisonment after appearing in the Dunedin District Court on Friday.
