Christchurch to receive direct seasonal flights to the Cook Islands

Air New Zealand will launch a seasonal service from Christchurch to Rarotonga starting in May 2026. The flights will operate up to three times a week until October 2026, allowing South Islanders to reach the Cook Islands without transiting through Auckland.
