A 20-year-old man has been charged with manslaughter following a single-vehicle rollover in Southland on 15 February. The crash on the Niagara-Tokanui Highway killed Jack Victor Hugh Stephens and injured two other people. The incident occurred between McManus Road and Quarry Hills Fortification Road.
