Government announces funding boost for natural pharmaceutical sector

The government will invest $42.8 million over seven and a half years to establish a Biodiscovery Platform. Science, Innovation and Technology Minister Dr Shane Reti said the funding aims to increase exports within the fast-growing natural pharmaceutical and bio-based products sector.
