Drivers urged to take caution after beef tallow spill on SH29

Motorists travelling through the Kaimāi Ranges have been warned of a very slippery road surface on the Waikato side of State Highway 29. The hazard was caused by beef tallow spilling from a truck approximately 3km from the SH28 intersection. Waka Kotahi NZTA has advised drivers to proceed with caution.
