Elijah Meyer, a Comancheros nominee, has pleaded guilty to shooting at two Auckland houses connected to former gang member Khalid Slaimankhel. Court documents suggest the attack was intended as retribution because Slaimankhel failed to pay to leave the gang. Meyer faces potential prison time when he is sentenced in August.
