The Employment Relations Authority has ordered Winton Capital to pay more than $100,000 to a former executive assistant. The ruling follows a dispute where CEO Chris Meehan used profanity after being dissatisfied with a business class seat on a long-haul flight. The authority found the company showed no regard for New Zealand employment law.
