Second teenager charged with murder over death of American student

A 17-year-old has been charged with murder and aggravated robbery following the death of Kyle Whorrall. The 33-year-old American PhD student was attacked with a large, bladed weapon at a Meadowbank bus stop in April. This marks the second teenager charged in the ongoing investigation.
