Speed limit to increase to 110kmh on Auckland toll road

A 5.5-kilometre section of State Highway 1 north of Auckland will have its speed limit raised to 110kmh from Monday. Transport Minister Chris Bishop announced the change for the Northern Gateway Toll Road, noting that the majority of public submissions supported the increase.
