Weather conditions ease after storm hits Tasman region

Strong winds and heavy rain caused flooding, downed trees, and roof damage in the Nelson Tasman district. While the storm band has moved east and weather warnings have been lifted, the region remains under a state of emergency. Minister Mark Mitchell is speaking to media from Nelson airport as clean-up efforts begin.
