The latest Ipsos Issues Monitor survey shows the government's performance rating has fallen to 3.9 out of 10, the lowest since the poll began in 2017. While inflation and the cost of living remain the primary concerns for New Zealanders, Labour is now perceived as better able to manage 15 of the top 20 issues.
