Hastings horticultural contractor jailed for raping and exploiting two workers

Parminder Singh has been sentenced to over 14 years in prison for raping and exploiting two migrant workers. The 46-year-old businessman was found guilty of rape, unlawful sexual connection, and migrant exploitation. He was sentenced in the Napier District Court.
