WorkSafe investigates fatal quad bike accident in Far North

WorkSafe has launched an investigation following a fatal quad bike accident at a rural property east of Broadwood on Thursday. Emergency services were called to the North Hokianga location around 4pm. Following the incident, officials are urging farmers to install rollover protection or crush protection devices on their vehicles.
