Brad Callaghan to be released on parole this month

Brad Callaghan, who was sentenced to life imprisonment for the 2010 murder of Carmen Thomas, is due to be released this month. Callaghan killed his former partner with a baseball bat and dismembered her body in Auckland. He previously received a six-year sentence for perverting the course of justice.
