Wellington house prices fall as national values dip slightly

Wellington's average house price dropped 2.3% in the June quarter, leaving values 26.1% below the 2021 peak. Nationally, average residential property values decreased by 0.3% to $910,479. While main centres have softened due to high stock levels, some regions reported significant gains.
