Thai woman identified following Southland two-vehicle crash

Police have named Thachawalai Youngdaeng of Thailand as the person who died in a two-vehicle crash near Winton. The accident occurred on the Winton Lorneville Highway, also known as State Highway 6, and left two people critically injured.
