Coroner releases findings into Hemi Rapaea's death in Hawke's Bay crash

A coroner has released findings regarding the 2016 death of Hemi Rapaea, who was found in an upturned car on State Highway 2. Mr Rapaea died at the scene after being picked up while hitchhiking. The driver of the vehicle fled the scene following the crash.
