Whangārei man charged after three-year-old boy dies in driveway accident

A 35-year-old man has been charged with manslaughter following the February death of three-year-old Reign Matamaru Tuhirangi Puriri in a Whangārei driveway accident. The man, who has interim name suppression, appeared in the Whangārei District Court on Monday and is due back in court on 11 April.
