Coroner releases findings into fatal Waitara River jet ski accident

Coroner Heidi Wrigley has released findings regarding the 2021 death of Tira Wilson, who hit a bridge support while being towed on a sea biscuit. The coroner identified jet ski speed as the key factor and recommended installing signs to encourage travelling slower than five knots near structures.
