Woman assaulted by teenager in central Dunedin

A 20-year-old woman was allegedly assaulted by an 18-year-old girl following a verbal altercation in central Dunedin early this morning. The victim reportedly had hair pulled from her scalp and was struck in the head. During the arrest, a police officer was kicked and pinched.
