Pedestrian dies after alleged hit-and-run in Rotorua

A 24-year-old sight and hearing-impaired man has died in hospital following a hit-and-run on Edmund Road in Rotorua. The incident occurred on Sunday afternoon when a motorcyclist allegedly overtook a stationary vehicle and struck the pedestrian at a crossing. Police have released images of the rider and motorcycle to assist their investigation.
