Man cleared of filming sex without consent in Hamilton court

A man has been cleared of filming Snapchat videos during sex with a woman he met on Tinder. While the defence argued the woman was too intoxicated to recall giving consent, the man was found guilty of showing a video to a mutual friend. He is currently under interim name suppression.
