Associate Housing Minister Tama Potaka has announced a community-led initiative to deliver 189 affordable homes in Rotorua by mid-2027. Up to 150 of these properties will be social housing. The project involves the Rotorua Lakes Council and the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development.
