Pedestrian seriously injured in Auckland CBD cyclist collision

A pedestrian was seriously injured after being hit by a cyclist at the intersection of Wakefield and Rutland streets in central Auckland on Friday morning. The person was taken to Auckland City Hospital. Police have closed roads in the area while the Serious Crash Unit examines the scene.
