Officer charged in death of Whangārei teenager can be named

Marthinus Anton Keeve has been named as the officer charged with dangerous driving causing the death of 17-year-old Angel Riley. The charge follows a 2023 police pursuit in Whangārei that ended when Riley's vehicle hit a tree. Keeve has pleaded not guilty.
