Ponsonby restaurant Sidart closes after entering liquidation

Award-winning fine dining restaurant Sidart has closed its doors in Ponsonby with immediate effect. Owner and executive chef Lesley Chandra announced the decision on social media following the business entering liquidation. The establishment has been a fixture on Ponsonby Road since 2009.
