Fourth man charged in connection with Stokes Valley arson and murder

A 26-year-old Upper Hutt man has been charged with murder, arson, and participating in a criminal group. He is the fourth person charged in relation to the death of 82-year-old Ian David Moller following a fire in Stokes Valley in November 2024.
