Hamilton house prices rise slightly amid nationwide decline in May

Hamilton property values increased by 0.1% in May, defying a 0.1% nationwide drop. While Hamilton saw growth, prices in Dunedin and Tauranga fell by 0.1%. According to Cotality data, national property values are now 1.6% lower than they were a year ago.
