Inquest hears police knew of risk before LynnMall attack

An inquest into the death of Ahamed Samsudeen heard that police were aware of the risk he posed before an immigration tribunal hearing. The 2021 attack at a New Lynn supermarket resulted in eight injuries before Samsudeen was shot by police.
