Man charged with murder after bringing child's body to police station

A 37-year-old man faces murder charges after arriving at Manukau Police Station with a deceased child in his car. He is accused of smothering the child with a pillow in East Tāmaki. The defendant has been remanded in custody, with a trial scheduled for May next year.
