Golf Sport Development Limited Partnership has requested to rezone land in Bridge Pā to develop the Heretaunga Golf and Leisure Precinct. The proposed tourist destination would include 170 residential dwellings, short-stay visitor accommodation, and new recreational and commercial facilities alongside the golf course fairways.
