Murder charge withdrawn against man accused of killing former gang leader

Wipuhara Kapene, 29, has had a murder charge withdrawn in the High Court regarding the shooting of Albert Enoka. Enoka was killed at a Naenae property in Lower Hutt last December. Police say the investigation into the death is continuing.
