Whangārei fluoridation meeting postponed after failed vote for closed session

An emergency Whangārei District Council meeting regarding water fluoridation failed to proceed on Tuesday. The council voted 7 to 6 against holding the discussion behind closed doors. The meeting to discuss a legal challenge against fluoridation has been rescheduled for next week in public.
