Prime Minister Christopher Luxon told the ASEAN Future Forum in Hanoi that New Zealand is clear-eyed about increasing regional conflict risks. He called for greater transparency regarding military modernisation and defence capabilities. During the trip, Luxon also signed an updated trade agreement with the Vietnamese government.
