Man pleads not guilty to Queen Street murder charge

Dariush Talagi has pleaded not guilty to the murder of Sione Tuuholoaki, who was shot during a confrontation on Auckland's Queen Street in August 2023. Talagi's lawyer claims he was acting in self-defence. During the High Court trial, a witness disputed claims that a verbal exchange triggered the violence.
