Pedestrian seriously injured in Blenheim car accident

A pedestrian was seriously injured after being hit by a car on Tuesday afternoon. The incident occurred at the intersection of Dillons Point Road and Meehan Street in Blenheim. Police have closed Dillons Point Road from Grove Road and are advising motorists to avoid the area.
