High bacteria levels trigger swimming warnings at two Otago locations

The Otago Regional Council has issued warnings against swimming in parts of Lake Hāwea and at Otokia Creek near Brighton Beach. These alerts follow test results showing high levels of bacteria near the Lake Hāwea Holiday Park and at the Dunedin creek.
