Whanganui traffic delays expected due to State Highway 3 resurfacing

State Highway 3 in Whanganui will undergo resurfacing during October. A one-way road closure between Alma Road and Heads Road on Carlton Avenue is expected to add approximately 10 minutes to travel times.
