Maximum weekly paid parental leave payments to increase from July 1

New Zealand's maximum weekly paid parental leave payment will rise from $754.87 to $788.66. Minister Brooke van Velden announced the change, which also includes an increase in the minimum rate for self-employed parents to $235 per week.
