Tauranga City Council has decided to maintain the current 7am opening time for Mount Hot Pools. The decision follows a petition from a Mount Maunganui couple who sought earlier hours to better serve the community. The proposal had gathered 127 signatures before being rejected at a City Delivery Committee meeting.
