Man charged after Papakura shooting leaves victim critically injured

A 20-year-old man has been charged with wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm following a shooting on Maadi Place in Papakura. The victim was rushed to Auckland City Hospital in critical condition on Saturday morning. The suspect was arrested on Sunday and is due to appear in court.
