Whangārei homicide victim identified as Toby Mike Adams

Police have identified 62-year-old Toby Mike Adams as the man who died following a homicide in Whangārei on 15 March. A 53-year-old man has been charged with his murder and is expected to appear in the Whangārei High Court.
