At least three killed in UPS cargo plane crash in Kentucky

A UPS wide-body cargo plane crashed and exploded into a fireball shortly after takeoff near Louisville international airport. Kentucky governor Andy Beshear reported that at least three people died and 11 others were injured. The aircraft was reportedly en route to Hawaii when the accident occurred.
