Man charged over fatal Kumeū crash that killed teenager

An 18-year-old man has been charged following a June crash on the Coatesville-Riverhead Highway. The vehicle reportedly struck a house, resulting in the death of 16-year-old passenger Elliot New. Three other people in the car were also injured during the incident.
