Man dies outside building shared by Justice Minister Paul Goldsmith

A man, understood to be a rough sleeper, was found unresponsive outside a building in Epsom on Friday morning. The building houses the National Party regional office and offices for MPs including Justice Minister Paul Goldsmith. Police do not believe the death is suspicious.
