Woman charged with murder after fatal car attack in Bay of Plenty

A 34-year-old woman has appeared in Whakatāne District Court facing murder charges. She allegedly killed one person and seriously injured another inside a vehicle. Mental health minister Matt Doocey's office has been briefed on the incident.
