Housing confidence reaches 14-year high in ASB survey

An ASB survey for the three months ending in April shows housing confidence has reached its highest level in 14 years. Net respondent belief that it is a good time to buy has risen to 28 percent. Experts attribute this increase to lower mortgage rates, high listing levels and stable house prices.
